About the Role
As the Assistant Principal, you will coordinate all school operations, including financial planning, community outreach, relationship-building, staffing, and teacher development. This role presents an incredible opportunity to engage with the administrative aspects of the school while building a strong community and enhancing teacher development for continuous improvement of our educational methods.

What We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree with a major or emphasis in Child Development or a related field
- At least one year of experience in a school leadership position (Principal, Assistant Principal, Team Leader, or similar)
- Minimum of one year of prior teaching experience
- Knowledge of state education and licensing standards with maintained credentials for the position
- Broad understanding of instructional programs, extracurricular activities, and methods to ensure a safe, orderly school environment
- Experience with school operations, including building maintenance, program evaluation, employee engagement and management, office operations, and emergency procedures is strongly preferred
This position requires frequent walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, reaching, and speaking English. It may involve carrying, lifting, and fine hand movements, as well as hearing and seeing clearly, with or without correction.
