Job Description

We are seeking to hire a part-time Assistant Property Manager for the Magnolia Apartments in North Portland. We are looking to add a motivated self-starter to our team who is thorough, experienced, organized, and enjoys building a positive environment for residents and co-workers. The ideal Assistant Property Manager will have Tax Credit (Section 42) experience, strong communication and multi-tasking skills, and able to work with a diverse clientele. This is a 20-hour per week position and scheduled hours will be determined at the time of hire. The pay rate for the position ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 an hour (DOE). The Assistant Property Manager will also receive mileage reimbursement for required trainings, and a $25.00 cell phone reimbursement.

  • One (1) year of property management is preferred.
