Urology opening in Stockton, California. We have a new Urology residency program (first class is 2022) and are looking to expand our faculty by adding a new Associate Program Director. This position is a 100% teaching appointment that allows you to follow any subspecialty interest. We have an outstanding Urology team as well as our GME Office, DIO & Program Director onsite to provide any support necessary.

We have a huge need for Fellowship trained subspecialties, and you can build your practice around your specific interest and run that aspect of the residency teaching. You would be joining 6 Current Urologists in a large geography area to support urologic surgery practice growth.

MIS Surgery with Robotic Experience

Urologic Oncology

Endourology

Female Pelvic Floor

Male Infertility

We are recruiting both hospital and office-based Urologists. You can also do a combination of both if you have an interest in that.

Position Overview:

• 355 Bed Hospital with daVinci Xi
• 8 OR Suites / Block Schedule / Utilize MDA's and CRNA's
• ASC for Outpatient Surgeries

Monday - Friday (No Nights or Weekends)

3 Days in Clinic & 2 Days Doing procedures

25 - 30 Patients Per day in the Clinic

No Research or Publications required

40+ Primary Care providers sending referrals $550K+ 1st Year Guarantee Take Home
