Your Role:

As a CNA or HCA, you will play a critical role in assisting our residents with daily living activities and services according to their individual care plans. Our approach focuses on kindness, professionalism, and respecting the dignity and privacy of our cherished residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing medication assistance
  • Delivering exceptional resident care and assisting with daily activities and personal hygiene
  • Responding compassionately to patient call lights
  • Ensuring residents maintain an appropriate diet by acknowledging their preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Recording vital signs as requested
  • Promptly notifying the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions

Qualifications:

  • Current CNA or HCA Certificate
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our residents
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
  • A genuine passion for working with seniors
