Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.**Summary:** Contribute and shape a new and unique internal design studio at Facebook.Studio X is looking for a talented Copywriter to join our creative team. Partnering closely with our team of writers, designers and other team leads within the Ads and Business Products org, this person will play an essential role in the creation and execution of content across a wide variety of projects. You'll be involved in the creation of everything from compelling narratives that build a brand and strong sense of identity and purpose, to campaigns and support programs that help internal teams share their ideas. This role requires a great deal of collaboration, versatility and a mind for creative problem solving. Studio X powers the Ads and Business Platform (ABP) org at Facebook with thought-provoking creativity. We leverage our understanding of storytelling and design to help bring ideas to life in deeply emotional, human ways. We are experts in Facebook business products, and aim to inform and excite people about ABP products and services. We're looking for a creative mind to round out our content team and help take Studio X to the next level.**Required Skills:** 1. Partner with a team of designers, writers, subject matter experts and internal leaders to create narratives2. Translate complex product ideas and services into simple, compelling stories for internal and external audiences3. Create thoughtful content strategies for product design and marcom initiatives4. Create long form copy for websites, brand narratives and blog posts5. Work with Ads and Business Platform partners to craft presentations and corresponding talk tracks, workshopping solutions together6. Understand and quickly pick up the Facebook brand7. Provide editorial or writing support when needed8. Help proof final deliverables and ensure final content appears as intended**Minimum Qualifications:** 9. 6+ years experience writing in a branded content, advertising agency or content strategy role10. Creativity and storytelling experience11. Experience working with designers in an iterative fashion12. Experience overseeing ideas from inception to launch13. A compelling portfolio of work in technology backgrounds14. Experience in writing for a wide variety of formats and audiences. For example: journalistic, short form, ad concepts, etc.15. Time management skills and an entrepreneurial spirit16. A keen eye for detail17. Experience taking feedback and quickly iterate18. A great sense of empathy for respective audiences19. Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment20. Bachelor's degree in Writing, Journalism, Communications or similar**Preferred Qualifications:** 21. Working knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite tools22.
