As a Customer Engagement Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our customers. You will assist customers with loading their vehicles and ensure that the entrance of the store is welcoming and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will also include keeping a sufficient supply of shopping carts available for customers at the entrance.
This position allows you to interact frequently with both Home Depot associates and customers, making excellent customer service skills essential. Since you will be one of the first and last points of contact for customers, your friendly demeanor and helpful nature will significantly enhance their shopping experience.
Available positions may vary depending on business needs. Pay is competitive and will be determined based on the position offered, market location, and the individual’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Compensation: Lot Associate: $17.50 | Pro Lot Loader: $17.50
