Interacts with customers to provide support, estimates, availability, pricing and order status. Collaborates with other departments to provide information to the customer. Prepares customer quotes and orders and resolves customer issues. Key advocate for customer within the organization with primary focus on ensuring customer requirements are communicated, visible, and ultimately fulfilled.

Job Requirements:

Experienced level position able to handle more complex quote and order activity, effectively and clearly communicate customer requirements and direct action through Basecamp, provide accurate order status information to customer contacts, problem solve, expedite and influence outcomes with internal teams to aid in meeting customer requirements.

    Knowledge of administrative procedures. Manages files and electronic records. Persistent and assertive nature conducive to tracking and seeing projects and orders through to completion. Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Epicor ERP. Able to work in a team with co-workers to resolve work issues, interpret instructions both written and oral. Able to communicate effectively in English.
    Education and Experience
    Experience in busy office environment and able to effectively communicate with customers in English. Exposure to manufacturing and MRP environment preferred but not necessary.
    Physical Demands
    Must be able to occasionally exert push force up to 20 pounds, must have good eye sight and hand dexterity, and able to identify and distinguish colors
    Work Environment
    Within safety guidelines, there will be exposure to noise, moving mechanical parts, oils/solvents, fumes, and odors that may affect the eyes, ears, nose, throat and/or skin.
