Join our Global Sales Team at Hilton and play a vital role in delivering exceptional value to our owners and operators. As part of the Strategic Account management team, reporting to the Managing Director of Sales for Corporate Strategic Accounts, you will focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing market share for your designated portfolio of corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business travel strategy for a portfolio of Hilton's most significant global corporate accounts, acting as the primary relationship manager.
  • Oversee Hilton's annual global Request for Proposal (RFP) process for your accounts, implementing strategies that expand Hilton's offerings and enhance market performance.
  • Serve as the global account guardian, ensuring cross-regional collaboration to deliver a cohesive and strategic approach tailored to each client.
  • Work closely with the Director of Group Sales on shared accounts to maintain a coordinated enterprise-wide strategy for both transient and group segments.

Collaboration and Engagement:

  • Engage with regional and property sales leaders to ensure alignment with Hilton's overarching value proposition.
  • Conduct strategic reviews and planning sessions with client travel managers, procurement leaders, and Hilton executives.
  • Represent Hilton at key industry events and forums, strengthening relationships with travel managers and procurement leaders.

Ownership of Projects:

  • Develop comprehensive annual account plans that align with Hilton's Global Strategic Accounts Playbook, including performance goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver RFP outcomes, and provide quarterly business reviews and executive-level reporting demonstrating progress against revenue and market share objectives.
What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least seven (7) years of experience in hotel business travel sales.
  • Minimum of five (5) years managing national or global transient accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality travel industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
