What You'll Do:
Strategic Growth Architect: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for alliance success, focusing on partner strategy, sales acceleration, and substantial pipeline development.
Drive Partner-Led Revenue: Spearhead efforts to boost "Partner Initiated Deals" by promoting Rubrik's innovative technologies as essential offerings for our global partners.
Coordinate Global Engagements: Serve as the key connector in arranging crucial account mappings and qualification meetings that convert target accounts into successful proofs of concept (POCs) and finalized deals.
Empower Our Ecosystem: Facilitate high-energy training and enablement sessions for partner sales engineers and teams, transforming them into an effective extension of the Rubrik sales force.
Take Center Stage: Showcase your influence by hosting significant events and articulating Rubrik's vision to large partner and customer audiences.
The Opportunity: This position transcends traditional roles as you will hold a strategic power seat; you will not only manage accounts but also shape the product roadmap for a leading Data Security platform while building a legacy within a premier go-to-market organization.
Experience You'll Need:
Domain Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Data Management, Data Protection, and Storage, with proven success in selling competitive Backup and Recovery solutions.
Alliance Mastery: A strong record of generating substantial pipeline and executing complex alliance programs within global partner ecosystems.
Sales Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to identify, initiate, and close deals collaboratively with account teams.
Influence & Presence: Exceptional public speaking skills with the confidence to engage various audiences, from executive decision-makers to large event participants.
Relationship Capital: A robust network and reputation within the key alliance and channel partner landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ecosystem Expertise: Previous experience in executing joint go-to-market strategies with Tier-1 vendors such as Pure Storage or Cisco.
GTM Strategists: Experience in quarterly and yearly sales planning, implementing co-marketing activities, and engaging in joint initiatives across enterprise target accounts.
Operational Excellence: Proficient in forecasting, reporting complex metrics, and managing data-driven sales operations.
