The Executive Correspondence and Public Affairs Coordinator is part of the Center for Public Affairs & Equity. This Communications Consultant 4 (CC4) position coordinates the tracking, referring and distribution of all incoming executive correspondence and coordinates, drafts, and edits outgoing executive correspondence and constituent responses for the Secretary of Health and Chief of Staff. Additionally, this position will develop executive level material for audiences external to DOH. This role will be responsible to coordinate with DOH agency leaders and program managers; and constituents, other organizations and individuals external to DOH.
This position also plans, coordinates, and develops public affairs engagements and communications materials at the direction of the Secretary of Health, Deputy Secretary for Public Affairs & Equity, and/or Chief of Staff.
This is a full-time Communications Consultant 4 position located within the Center for Public Affairs.
