We are currently searching for a Front Desk Receptionist for our office in Ontario, CA. We are looking for an energetic individual who is a self-starter, detail oriented and is good at multi-tasking. Many of PrimePay's past receptionists have moved up within the company to advance their careers. There is plenty of room for growth and opportunities for dedicated, energetic individuals and entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
A typical day for our Receptionist includes:
- Meet and Greet incoming clients and guests
- Answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate group
- Organizes the mail for distribution throughout the office
- Manages packages coming in and out of the office through FedEx and UPS
- Support other departments with projects as needed
