SCHEDULE:

- No Evenings or Weekends

COMPENSATION:
- $250,000 to $275,000 Annual Compensation

Medford, Oregon

COMPANY PROFILE:
This multi-site private practice has been serving residents of the Medford area since 2016. They currently employ 1 physician, 2 physician assistants, and 5 nurse practitioners, along with a supportive management team and an expert staff of clinical and administrative assistants. They are a modern office with state-of-the-art technology. They are hiring due to growth.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new physician will serve as the first point of consultation for patients, addressing a range of symptoms and concerns involving overall health and well-being.

Physicians see an average of 18 to 22 patients per day. All visits are prepped and supported by a dedicated clinical assistant.

Duties of the physician role include:

- interview patients to obtain medical history
- perform physical examinations
- order labs and other tests
- prescribe medications and treatments
- provide continuity of care for patients with long-term health issues
- make referrals for secondary and tertiary care
- perform medical procedures

The practice uses the Athena EHR and has on-site lab and x-ray services.

On-call responsibilities are minimal. The current rotation is 1 week every 8 weeks. It is phone triage only and call volume is light.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Oregon medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Family Medicine
