The Senior People Science Consultant is responsible for consulting with a large portfolio of customers in the United States. This position is directly involved with delivering and improving professional services, supporting sales, and connecting with the broader Glint community. The Senior Consultant is articulate and comfortable with different types of information in a broad variety of client environments - a lateral thinker who knows their customers. The role requires strategic thinking, the ability to work efficiently through a high volume of responsibilities, a passion for building scalable solutions, and a desire for continuous learning. The ideal candidate has had a highly successful career advising large companies on employee engagement and broader talent management issues, has a passion for helping people succeed, and loves working in a fast-growth environment. The role will be based in Sunnyvale, San Francisco, Lincoln, Omaha, Chicago, Detroit, New York or remote home office, depending on which location the candidate chosen for the role is currently residing.

  • Collaborate with a very experienced People Science team and rockstar peers in Customer Success, Sales and Marketing
  • Responsible for delighting innovative organizations who are using Glint's real-time People Success platform and other LinkedIn talent products.
  • Consult with customers, collaboratively co-creating a People Success strategy. Help them connect programs, insights and strategic recommendations across their talent initiatives (e.g. workforce planning, employee engagement, learning and development, retention)
  • Build trusted, strategic relationships with senior HR executives at customer organizations
  • Help customers design business-relevant and easy-to-use ongoing employee feedback programs
  • Write and present findings internally and to customers, prospects, and the Glint community
  • Coach HR partners, leaders, and managers on how best to understand and use feedback, including facilitating executive working sessions
  • Work on internal projects to help shape the future of the People Science practice and Glint
  • Provide consulting support for a large portfolio of customers in the United States
  • Travel up to 25% (travel is a requirement of the role, although non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice due to COVID-19)


Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in an HR consulting role (internal or external), including at least 4 years consulting in employee engagement
  • Experience in 1 or more of the following areas: learning and development, HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational culture, diversity and inclusion
  • Experience in statistics, survey design, and I-O/People theories
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters or Doctorate in Organizational Psychology, Management or a related field
  • Ability to challenge mindsets, persuade and encourage independent ownership at an executive level
  • Compelling storyteller
  • Experience growing business and supporting external sales & marketing efforts
  • Detail oriented, adaptable, and collaborative
