We're looking for a team-oriented designer to join our Property Marketing team and support regional East Bay offices.
You will work closely with the Property Marketing team to ensure the timely delivery of custom deliverables, while serving as a project manager with the strong knowledge of a production designer. You will be responsible for design production, project intake, project management, and correspondence with brokerage teams that involves understanding the scope of the project and setting expectations.
The candidate should demonstrate in depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.). Please submit portfolio for review.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports internal clients with custom Property Marketing needs and serves as point of contact for design projects
Produces graphic design artwork, including (but not limit to) brochures, email campaigns, invitations, postcards, digital assets, by using technology and computer software for electronic or print deliverables.
Collaborates with regional Property Marketing team.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers and client teams.
May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles. Intermediate knowledge of html.
Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
Basic project management, editing and writing skills required.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in Fine Arts or Design preferred with a minimum of two to five years of related experience and/or training.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires ability to do project budgets and cost estimates.
