Your Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting residents with daily living activities and services according to their individual care plans. Our approach is characterized by kindness, professionalism, and unwavering respect for the dignity and privacy of our cherished residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional care and support with daily activities, including personal hygiene
- Responding compassionately to patient call lights
- Ensuring residents receive meals that align with their preferences, allergies, and dietary needs
- Recording vital signs as directed by staff
- Promptly notifying the nurse in charge of changes in resident conditions
Qualifications:
- Current Healthcare Assistant certification
- Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our residents
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- A genuine love for seniors
