Basic Bread & Butter General Dentistry

2 sites: Anchorage and Wasilla, AK

Huge Tribal Facility - Full Support Staff - Hygienists, Oral Surgeons, Specialists, DA's, etc.

20+ seats in the facility

Avg PPD: 20 - 25 varies

MUST HAVE: AK License, BLS, DEA

Looking ASAP - 3-6 month contracts

6-9 weeks to credential - quicker with clean files
