**Job Overview**

We are seeking dynamic and passionate HR Generalist who is customer service driven, detail-oriented and motivated. You will provide guidance and support to managers and employees at various Client locations. You will support them throughout their employment lifecycle from onboarding to navigating through the day-to-day issues and inquiries to offboarding and processing exits. You will be responsible for all HR activities and ensure compliance of relevant policies and procedures. This role will be remote but located near a client location. You will have the ability to travel to site locations if needed.

**How You Will Make An Impact**

+ Main point of contact for Team Leads and hourly, part-time employees on general HR-related inquiries by using excellent customer service skills

+ Provides guidance to management on employee relations issues and terminations including identifying potential risks

+ Works closely with Team Leads on assessing performance and everyday issues that arise

+ Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations

+ Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

+ Maintains confidentiality related to employee information (employment, performance, conduct, etc.)

+ Partners and collaborates with Corporate HR team members to resolve complex issues

+ Partners with Leads on onboarding new hires

+ Conducts new hire orientation

+ Offboards employees (processing terminations and resignations, conducting exit interviews, etc.)

+ Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, HR Ops, benefits etc.) as needed

+ Supports other HR functions as needed

+ Manages the exit process for all employees

+ Performs other duties as assigned

+ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to prioritize tasks

+ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

+ Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

+ Proficient in Microsoft Offices or related software

Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

+ Minimum of three years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist preferred

+ Experience working for company with Client base is a plus.

+ California employment law expertise/knowledge is preferred
