Responsibilities

• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Track and manage sales activity using company systems
• Identify new business opportunities within the market

Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate License
• Minimum experience in real estate transactions preferred
• Strong client management skills
• Professional presentation and communication
• High level of organization and accountability
