Licensed Talk Therapist

ThriveWorks is looking for Licensed Clinicians to provide therapy sessions at our Fremont, CA location. Qualifications:

• Applicants must hold a valid independent license as a LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or licensed clinical psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California
• Clinicians must be licensed and residing in California

Compensation: Up to $125,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities

• Ability to provide a minimum of 25 therapy sessions per week
• Willingness to see individuals, couples, and/or children
• Desire to grow into leadership roles and supervisory positions
• Commitment to completing session notes within 24 hours
• Strong character traits such as integrity, honesty, and adaptability
