Collins + Collins (C+C) is seeking an experienced attorney with at least 3 years of experience to become a vital part of our litigation team.
Your Role
As a Litigation Associate Attorney at C+C, you will take a key role in handling litigation matters. You will have opportunities to develop case strategies, oversee all facets of litigation—from conducting investigations to drafting legal documents—and foster strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For
- Active member in good standing with the CA or NV State Bar
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Adept at analyzing legal issues and writing effectively
- Willingness to engage closely with clients and manage all stages of litigation
- A collaborative spirit to contribute to the firm’s ongoing success
Preferred Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated and eager to learn

Our offices are located in Pasadena, Orange, Rancho Cucamonga, Carlsbad, Walnut Creek, and Las Vegas, offering flexibility with the option for hybrid remote work.
