Monte Nido Portland, a premier residential treatment program located in West Linn, OR, specializes in helping adults struggling with eating disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. Our comprehensive approach focuses on restoring physiological and nutritional balance, promoting healthy habits, eliminating harmful behaviors, and fostering engagement in the recovery process. We are dedicated to guiding each client to understand their disorder, its effects on their lives, and the personalized steps needed for lasting recovery.

Position Schedule: Sunday - Thursday

Compensation:

  • Unlicensed Clinician (CSWA, LPC-A, etc.): $55,000 - $65,000
  • Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC): $65,000 - $75,000

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individual, group, and family therapy
  • Acting as a liaison with families and outpatient providers
  • Interacting with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
  • Participating in discharge and aftercare planning
  • Offering therapeutic meal support while modeling a healthy relationship with food
  • Delivering empathetic, safe, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique circumstances

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related discipline, at minimum
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
  • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is beneficial
  • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
