As a Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC), you will provide counseling services and preventative support to address behavioral health concerns and enhance mental well-being. This role involves face-to-face counseling for adults, minors, couples, and families, as well as recommending appropriate referrals and handoffs to military and community resources as needed. You will have the opportunity to support various short-term assignments throughout the program year, focusing solely on counseling without the administrative burdens of insurance filing, progress notes, or treatment plans. Unwind with unlimited and free CEUs, reimbursement for job-related license renewal fees, and eligibility to participate in a 401K retirement plan.
