• Work hours: 1:45 pm - 5:45 pm

About the Role:

As a Music Educator at Merryhill School, you will have the opportunity to cultivate a love for music in young students and help them appreciate various musical genres. You will collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate music history into the core curriculum.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging music curriculum for preschool classrooms.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff.
• Support teachers by introducing rhythm instruments in lessons.
• Introduce students to piano fundamentals.
• Perform on the piano during classroom events.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma is required.
• Proficiency in piano and expertise in sight reading.
• Prior experience working with young students is advantageous.
• This is a part-time position.
