A growing community health center on the NW coast of California is seeking BE/BC Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians for a hybrid remote model opportunity.

  • BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Full-time/Part-time openings available, hours of operation 8-5
  • Optional call, not mandatory
  • 100% out-patient
  • FM- will see all ages/ IM- will see ages 18+
  • Average 20 PPD
