General Surgeon needed in Grants Pass, ORPermanent OpportunityGroup consists of 5 general surgeons, 1 colorectal surgeon, 1 PA, and excellent support staff.125-bed community hospitalNot-for-profit, comprehensive health care system serving 600,000 residents in Southern Oregon and Northern California.Region's top health care provider, with three hospitals and 40 ambulatory clinics.Credentialing Time Frame: 90 daysBC/BE General Surgeon, OR license, BLS, and COVID vaccine requiredFinancial Package: Year one: Competitive Base Salary Year two: The higher the annual base salary or w/RVU-base salary plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation $50,000 signing bonus Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance $7,000 annual CME allowance 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year Excellent health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits
