Job Description

Our client headquartered in Florida is looking for a PLM Account Executive based in Washington, preferably in Seattle. The PLM Account Executive will identify and engage prospective customers in a consultative selling process to align with their business needs and goals.


The ideal candidate has experience selling enterprise level software solutions. Able to build long-term and strategic relationships throughout the organization as well as negotiate with C-Suite.


Duties/Responsibilities:

• Strong business development across multiple industries (including aerospace, automotive, industrial equipment, consumer goods, high tech, life sciences and civil engineering)

• Account management with an existing customer base in WA, OR, ID & MT

• Build strong interaction at the Senior Management level

• Define account strategy and planning, integrating long-term customer strategy

• Articulate company's services approach and value proposition to instill confidence in our clients and be viewed by the client as the preferred solution provider for implementation

• Effectively position, craft and scope high value and high quality engagements

• Initiate Sales activities in line with strategy, in an organized way, for all Dassault Systèmes offerings

• Negotiate and close Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transactions for Software and Services

• Understand and sell solutions (ROI) for high level business problems, incorporate all PLM


Skills/Requirements:

• Experience in ERP or PLM Software Sales preferred

• Effective Communication Skills (both Written and Oral)

• Business acumen and experience working in a high level selling cycle

• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), CAD, CAM & Simulation

• Supply Chain Management (Supply/Inventory Management, Logistics/Distribution, Maintenance/Repair and Manufacturing)

• Knowledge of product development and product development processes

• Understanding of software implementation

Travel required


Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a Business Development role or similar applicable experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Must reside in Washington
