The Product Coordinator will execute high-quality project management across a diverse and exciting landscape of customers, markets, and product opportunities. With a global team, emphasis is placed on creating a collaborative environment that contributes to high-quality inputs from all functions. The Product Coordinator also actively manages the current portfolio of products, and is accountable for portfolio rationalization and status change recommendations.

Qualified individuals will be characterized by their strong communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and creative and energetic approach to problem solving with all levels of the organization.

Role Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the Go To Market Product Management process which encompasses multiple functions, whilst also playing an active role with the completion of ERP setups, label management and supporting documentation
  • Maintain, optimize, and continue to improve global databases of both product specifications, and project management planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Assess and analyze current processes, recommend process improvements, implement, and track effectiveness
  • Manage the extensive project trial process by gathering input, and fulfilling requests whilst ensuring controls are applied
  • Gather idea inflow in order to escalate new product, market, and geographic expansion opportunities
  • Take active personal ownership of projects when needed
  • Apply oversight and course corrections throughout each phase of product development
  • Work with the planning team to identify decision points in project timelines, and adjust priorities as required

Qualifications

The Product Coordinator will possess a minimum of 2-3 years' work experience, and/or exceptional academic credentials that demonstrate:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to span from tactical to strategic thinking
  • Brilliant critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time
  • Entrepreneurially minded

Other Requirements

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency essential
  • Business systems experience a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree with business and/or science background preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Location in Bend, OR. Remote work not available for this position
  • Some travel may be required
