Job Summary:
Join us as a Product Manager for Behavioral Health & Wellness, where you will play a crucial role in defining and enhancing our behavioral health and wellness products under the Utilization Management function. You will establish the product vision, craft detailed execution plans, and foster collaboration among stakeholders. Utilize your healthcare and health insurance knowledge to oversee the product lifecycle from inception to launch, working closely with the Delivery team during sprint and milestone reviews to ensure effective implementation.
This position is flexible with hybrid or remote work options. If located within 50 miles of an office, you are required to be onsite three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned with the department's and company’s strategic roadmap and competitive position, ensuring clear communication of roadmaps, priorities, and decisions to all levels of the organization.
- Proactively identify future needs and leverage metrics and qualitative input to uncover opportunities for product enhancement.
- Represent the product in governance meetings and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain accountability for the product portfolio, driving cross-product and customer value along with shared insights.
- Manage the product backlog, continuously refining and prioritizing tasks based on feedback from internal teams and partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience as determined by the company.
Experience:
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant advanced domain.
Preferred:
- 1 year of experience with Agile methodologies.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of business acumen for P&L management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective conflict management abilities.
Travel Requirement: 0% - 25%
Physical, Mental Demands, and Working Conditions:
This is primarily an office-based position but can also be done remotely. Some travel may be required between office locations, but not for sales purposes.
Pay Range:
Minimum: $86,400.00
Maximum: $138,600.00
This range reflects various factors, including qualifications, experience, contribution expectations, and market considerations. Highmark applies geographic differentials for certain locations based on market comparisons.
