About The Role:
As a Real-World Data Engagement Manager at Norstella, you'll be responsible for the comprehensive success of client engagements. This includes ensuring smooth delivery, operational efficiency, and significant outcomes for clients using our Real-World Data solutions. Your role focuses on technical RWD knowledge, execution excellence, client relationship management, and inter-team collaboration.
You'll serve as the main client success contact for designated engagements, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and communication to ensure clients attain ongoing value from our RWD offerings. Collaborating closely with delivery, data, product, and support teams will be key to translating client goals into actionable plans while managing daily operations and ensuring consistent, high-quality results.
This position is ideal for a proactive leader who excels at client partnerships, operational efficiency, RWD expertise (Open Claims, Closed Claims, EMR data), and team coordination, with a passion for improving processes, scaling delivery, and fostering long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Client Success & Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned RWD clients.
- Set clear success criteria, delivery timelines, and communication schedules.
- Manage client expectations, risks, and dependencies proactively.
- Lead engagement reviews upon completion and facilitate hand-offs to Client Support.
- Collaborate with renewal teams to promote expansion and growth.
Key Responsibilities - Operational Execution & Delivery Excellence
- Oversee execution for RWD engagements.
- Coordinate with internal delivery, data, product, and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with engagement management standards and documentation.
- Maintain project tracking and reporting systems.
- Identify and implement process and workflow improvements.
Key Responsibilities - Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Guide and coordinate team members across various workstreams.
- Mentor and support the development of junior staff members.
- Encourage strong collaboration across functions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- Master's degree in life sciences, data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health economics, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in client success, engagement management, and operational delivery.
- 1-2 years of experience with SQL coding.
- Domain knowledge in commercial, market access, HEOR, and epidemiology work.
- Experience managing several concurrent client projects within life sciences.
- Extensive experience with Real-World Data (Open Claims, Closed Claims, EMR data) and life sciences delivery models.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The expected base salary ranges from $150,000 to $180,000. Offers are typically not made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers reflect a variety of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and applicable licensure or certifications. Market conditions and organizational factors are also considered. Besides a competitive salary and a robust benefits package, successful candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus.
