Job Description

At Clementine West Linn, we are dedicated to saving lives and helping adolescents achieve their healthiest selves. We are a specialized residential treatment program focused on supporting teens dealing with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction.

Our mission at Clementine is to guide adolescents and their families on the journey to full recovery. We prepare each individual to navigate life’s challenges without the burden of an eating disorder by providing empathy, education, and support. We partner with families throughout the recovery process, helping each adolescent develop healthy skills and a deep understanding of their unique identity.

We are currently seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Monte Nido. This is a full-time overnight position, with shifts available Sunday through Tuesday from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.

As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Obtaining and recording vital signs as needed.
  • Monitoring and reporting any unusual behavior observed in clients.
  • Administering medications to patients as prescribed.
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate documentation of client care.
  • Modeling normalized dietary habits by participating in mealtimes with clients.

To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • An active license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (or be eligible).
  • Experience in residential or inpatient behavioral health and mental health settings is beneficial.
  • Previous experience working with individuals overcoming Eating Disorders is a plus.
  • Active CPR/BLS certification prior to starting work (training can be arranged if needed).

Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of adolescents and their families. We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
