Your Role:
As a full-time Retail Sales Specialist at Verizon, you will have the chance to grow your career within one of our retail locations. Here’s what you can expect:
- Create exceptional customer experiences by leveraging your passion for technology while driving retail sales.
- Uncover customer needs through genuine connections and insightful questions.
- Advise customers with tailored product insights and solutions for a holistic sales experience.
- Utilize your communication skills to successfully close sales with simple yet effective tech solutions.
- Enhance your skills through ongoing training and participation in operational functions such as merchandising and inventory management.
- Expand your customer base by reaching out to existing Verizon customers via outbound calls and texts.
- Create community engagement opportunities outside the store to strengthen your loyal customer network.
We’re hiring now! This isn’t just another entry-level retail job. With a base pay of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, you also have the potential to earn up to $18,000 annually in commissions based on your performance. Exceptional performers can earn an additional $14,500 or more, resulting in a total potential income of $65,000+ to $75,500+ per year, depending on location, hours, and performance.

What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of relevant work or military experience.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with your schedule provided four weeks in advance.
- Openness to taking extra shifts for added income, particularly during peak periods.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in a commission-based environment.
- Proven sales skills with an ability to connect and find solutions for customers.
- Strong customer service background.
