This position is based at our flagship office located at: 7001 Essington Ave Philadelphia, PA 19153.
The target compensation for this role is $56,500 annually, equating to an hourly rate of $22.18, with any eligible overtime compensation for a 46-hour work week.

Responsibilities
We are actively hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you will begin learning our business from day one while working out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering the behind-the-scenes operations. Our structured program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually manage your own branch, generate new business, and develop your team.
In our dynamic learning environment, you will receive essential guidance, mentoring, and support for your success. This role will also involve engaging with the community to build the relationships critical for your business development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must have at least 6 months cumulative experience in any of the following:
- Sales – whether commission sales or roles with specified goals and/or bonus opportunities
- Customer service within a sales-oriented industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality)
- Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team
- Leadership experience in the military, clubs, or organizations
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future
- Must relocate to South Philadelphia or Delaware County within 30 days of the anticipated start date
