Senior Internal / Corporate Recruiter
Los Angeles, CA (remote)
To play a key role in GQR's Global Talent Acquisition (TA) function from our Los Angeles office, by attracting, engaging & hiring top talent into the Global business. You will be working closely with Leadership and our Directors to optimize the process of recruiting into the company, and to train and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition team.
You will be expected to lead the implementation of process change where necessary and strive for best practices as a team. You will be operating a full desk recruitment cycle to consistently hire in to our Sales and Operations teams, primarily in our Los Angeles location but with Global reach. You will be responsible for leading a number of Global projects within the TA remit to drive innovation and streamline our processes.
o 2 - 5 years' experience in a global recruitment agency, ideally with a Talent Acquisition focus
o Extensive experience working in highly targeted fast-paced environments, ideally within a fast growth staffing and/or seeded start-up organization(s)
o High personal and team performance deliverables in-line with global growth strategy
o Comfortable working in an outcomes-focused, high-performance environment
o Experience in creating, developing, and rolling out augmented and original processes
o Strong understanding of internal and external marketing, brand augmentation, and advertising strategies
o Strong & positive cultural add to the team, office and wider business
o Competent in developing, writing & delivering trainings for future team members
o Improve team and brand awareness both internally and externally o High GPA or degree classification
