Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in consulting, design, and implementation of Oracle applications including:
- Improving business processes related to Oracle application modules like Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, and more.
- Understanding industry-specific challenges in sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, finance, and telecom.
- Leading teams, fostering an inclusive atmosphere, and mentoring junior staff.
- Managing project timelines while identifying risks and formulating strategies for mitigation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Skills: Proven experience in functional configuration and technical development of Oracle modules, which includes:
- Designing and deploying technical components for Oracle solutions, especially FRICEW (Fast Formulas, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow).
- Building strong client relationships and addressing their needs proactively.
- Effectively communicating the project’s value proposition while managing resources and budgets.
- Delivering clear information requests and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
