Join our Oracle Human Capital team as a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant and play a pivotal role in helping organizations leverage enterprise technology to achieve their digital transformation goals. In this dynamic position, you'll assist clients with implementing and optimizing Oracle's offerings, focusing on modernizing HR processes such as core HR, Benefits, Payroll/T&L, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, and Learning.

Basic Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in consulting, design, and implementation of Oracle applications including:

  • Improving business processes related to Oracle application modules like Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, and more.
  • Understanding industry-specific challenges in sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, finance, and telecom.
  • Leading teams, fostering an inclusive atmosphere, and mentoring junior staff.
  • Managing project timelines while identifying risks and formulating strategies for mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Skills: Proven experience in functional configuration and technical development of Oracle modules, which includes:

  • Designing and deploying technical components for Oracle solutions, especially FRICEW (Fast Formulas, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow).
  • Building strong client relationships and addressing their needs proactively.
  • Effectively communicating the project’s value proposition while managing resources and budgets.
  • Delivering clear information requests and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Building a collaborative and positive team environment by fostering relationships and encouraging feedback.
