We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join an outstanding team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Chico, CA. With tree-lined streets and a vibrant university town atmosphere, Chico is a gateway to the beautiful Northern California outdoors, making it an ideal location for both a short stay and a long-term opportunity.

Details of the opening:

• Anticipated start date: Flexible
• Salary range: Up to $2340 weekly
• Anticipated duration of contract: 13 weeks
• Travel contract assignment or full-time opportunity based on your preference and availability

Range of Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions
• Implement fall prevention and safety strategies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Complete timely and accurate documentation according to regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Active CA PT License
