Department OverviewTo support Hyundai's share growth goals, we are looking to build a Multicultural Team of specialists. The team will oversee the coordinated multicultural efforts, with a focus on Hispanic marketing, within the Agency for both our National and Regional Clients and serve as the main partners to Hyundai's Multicultural Marketing Team. The team will be responsible for developing and executing in-language advertising campaigns based on strategic Hispanic consumer insights across Broadcast, Radio, Social, Digital and In-Market Video (Tier 1 and Tier 2).Position OverviewIn this dual role, the Social Media Community Manager/Account Manager will perform combined account management and community management duties including campaign management, content publishing, monitoring, and response in social channels for Hyundai multicultural creative efforts at the Agency. Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish.Key Responsibilities+ Coordination of internal workflow, meeting planning and creative development process. + Publishing all in-language creative across social channels. + Developing publishing calendars for all multi-cultural campaigns including Sabado Futbolero + Providing creative workbook assets for paid social and Tier 1 digital media buys. + Monitoring social comments and social conversations in-language + Responding in-language to social commentary+ Developing top-line highlights and performance reportingRequirements+ Requires prior multicultural experience and must be bilingual in Spanish+ 3+ years in community and social media management+ Demonstrated experience of using social media in personal or professional setting+ Experience with social media tools such as Sprinklr and NetBase huge plus+ Automotive experience desirable, but not mandatory+ Proficiency with key social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat with a solid understanding of each platform's core features, as well as a technical understanding of each network's advertising capabilities+ Deep understanding of all aspects of social media including paid and organic units and how they work+ Must have pulse of our brand, as well as our social media target audience for each program and ensure our social communications speak to them while still staying true to our brand and products+ Ability to uncover powerful insights that drive ideas (big and small) by understanding the entire brand context.+ Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills+ Ability to work in fast-paced team-oriented environment+ Must be well organized with a strong attention to detailBenefits+ Benefits+ Discounted Medical, Dental and Vision Premiums+ 401k program with Company match+ Training, Development, and continuous Education programs+ Flexibility to work remotely when necessary+ Other perks+ Access to our Internal DE Council which includes guest speakers and other resources+ Charity & Volunteer opportunities+ Social events+ Fun, fast-paced, growing & collaborative Agency environment+ Full-time Barista & café on-site+ Beautiful, open office space overlooking the Pacific Ocean
