Join Our Team as a Vending Machine Specialist!

We are looking for a motivated Vending Machine Specialist to be part of our North American Retail Business team. In this dynamic role, you will manage our innovative vending machine (RoboShop) and help drive its success. You'll also play a key role in supporting inventory and enhancing customer service experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation and management of the Robo Shop, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Restock products regularly and maintain cleanliness, addressing any customer complaints effectively.
  • Assist in warehouse operations, including product inventory management and allocation.
  • Support the development manager with leasing processes and maintain accurate filing for Robo Shop contracts.
  • Assist store sales across the NYC area as required.
  • Handle additional projects and tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D., or at least 6 months of retail or related experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be self-driven and possess a strong sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, evenings, and weekends.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Having a driver’s license or access to a vehicle is preferred as transportation is essential for this role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift).
  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and safely climb ladders or step stools.
  • Perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment that may require quick movements and multitasking.
  • Work comfortably in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas.
  • Manual dexterity necessary for operating standard stockroom tools.
