If you are available for shifts Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, we have shifts for you!

Earn up to $1000 sign on bonus -

Refer family/friends to HCA and receive up to $500 based on the individual's successful completion of 90 days of employment- this goes up to $1000 if the person is vaccinated!

Job Requirements
  • CNA/HCA - Active License Required in WA State
  • Nurse Delegation (Preferred)
  • Current driver's licenses and proof of auto insurance if driver
  • Clean driving record
  • Able to pass a WA state background check
  • Able to speak, read and write English clearly
  • Able to push, pull, and lift (moderate to heavy lifting)
  • Incontinence Experience (Preferred)
  • Hoyer Lift Experience (Preferred)
  • CPR, First Aid - Active Certification Required

  • 3 Professional References Pertaining to Caregiving Experience
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Care Aide license
  • TB test
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certification
